Founder
Dr Richard Olley has worked as a clinician, manager and executive in health and social care. He commenced his career in health services as a Registered Nurse and worked clinically in mental health, emergency, operating room, and intensive care. Richard has a PhD conferred by Griffith University, Queensland, Au, from research grounded in organisational psychology and focussed on authentic leadership. He also holds a higher degree in Law (Juris Doctor) from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Health Administration from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership and management of health and social care in Australia’s public and private healthcare sectors, his career and experience have been at the CEO, senior executive, consultant, academic, and board member levels.
